(1)新的公司名稱；

(2)一位或一位以上董事股東，所有股東必須超過18歲（無國(guó)籍限制）；

(3)所有股東必須出示有效身份證或護(hù)照影印件，以企業(yè)法人作為股東的，企業(yè)法人必須提交營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照和法定代表人的身份證復(fù)印件；

(4)注冊(cè)資本最低為10000元港幣，無須驗(yàn)資。但必須支付千份之一的注冊(cè)資本厘印稅。如：注冊(cè)資本為100萬的公司，必須交付港幣1000元的一次性印花稅金；

(5)在香港能提供注冊(cè)地址(我們可以提供多個(gè)商業(yè)地址供客人選擇)；

(6)委任香港人或香港公司擔(dān)任公司法定秘書;(一般由我們提供)。
